1/4 cup maple syrup
1 Camembert cheese
Sprinkle some nuts on top and drizzle bit of maple syrup to sweeten it.
Add fruits (figs are perfect with this one) and dip the breadsticks to the runny cheese inside.
PARMESAN GRISSINI BREADSTICKS
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup water
10 g yeast or 3 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp rosmarine
3 tbsp olive oil
finely grated parmesan
Combine flour, yeast, sea salt and rosmarine. Pour olive oil and water and stir to combine. Shape dough into a ball and return to bowl. Cover, and set aside for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees and flour your work surface. Flour hands, then quickly roll strips until they’re slightly rounded. Bake until they are lightly browned, crisp, and completely dry – about 25 minutes.
Let them cool completely on a rack.
